Long closed to public electric car startup came out of stealth: Faraday FFZERO1 is in the spotlight.
In Las Vegas, Tesla’s rival unveiled the FFZERO1, single-seat concept with a Batmobile grade visual.
Powered by four electric motors (one at each wheel) it generates 1,000 horsepower, which results 0-60mph in under 3 seconds and a top speed of 200 mpg. Very much like in formula, the driver sits at a 45-degree angle, a steering wheel bears similarity to Formula as well.
Faraday FFZERO1 for rent
However as awesome as it seems, the most interesting fact about this car is that the company will offer a subscription model for it, which is coming hand in hand with a promise of autonomous operation and global trend in car sharing.
